Silicone Oil DK-580 Product Introduction
DK-580 is a high stability and high activity silicone oil designed for high powder and low density sponges. The silicone oil is non-hydrolyzed silicone oil, can be premixed with amine catalyst and water, and the three premixes are slightly blue transparent liquid, and will not show delamination and milky phenomenon within one year of storage.

Characteristic
Highly active silicone oil, wide density operating range 5-35kg/m3 (before adding powder). Low density system, uniform bubble pore, no perforation. Suitable for high powdering system, can improve the physical properties of sponge (tensile strength, elasticity). No side cracking and top bulging in powdered system. Suitable for pendant foam, flat foam, box foam, cover box foam.
