Product characteristics
DK-580DG is a non-hydrolytic polysiloxane surfactant with carbon-silicon bond structure, suitable for box foaming, thermoforming foaming and various types of mechanical continuous foaming processes.
Medium to high activity foam stabilizer for polyether type flexible foam production.
Suitable for density range from 12 to 35 Kg/m3.
Stable structure, can be mixed and fed with water, amine catalysts.
Comparatively wide range of metal catalyst operation.
Uniform and fine bubble pores, good openness and good handfeel.
Suitable for slow rebound PU moulding foam.
Suitable for flat foam and pendant foam.
