purpose
Gel catalyst is mainly used as curing catalyst of silicone rubber at room temperature, especially for deacetylated silicone products; Its characteristic is that its catalytic speed is faster than dibutyltin dilaurate. It can be used for polyurethane elastomer, spraying rigid polyurethane foam, hard foam high resilience molding foam, etc. In order to reduce its acetic acid odor, dibutyltin dilaurate can be used in combination with dibutyltin dilaurate, which is usually used: dibutyltin dilaurate is 1:9 or 2:8. This product should be tightly capped immediately after use. It is easy to hydrolyze when exposed to the air, and solids will precipitate from the bottle mouth. It can also be used as a catalyst for polyurethane coatings.
It should be kept dry during storage and the temperature should be above 10 ℃. Crystals will precipitate below 10 ℃, and the use effect will not be affected after heating and melting.
