■ Viscosity, thixotropy
Use Stormer viscometer to test the KU viscosity of paint samples, use rotational viscometer to test the viscosity of paint samples and calculate the thixotropy value;
■Particle state
After adding sand to the base paint, use color paste (color paste addition amount of 0.1%-1%) to adjust the color, dispersing disk granulation, 690r/min granulation 40s, the granulated particles after a period of time to observe whether there is bleed color, seepage of emulsion, delamination phenomenon, as well as different environments for storage to observe the state of the particles and the status of the tank;
